I have been inspired to experiment in the kitchen lately, and baking cupcakes was on the top of my to-do list. This paleo-friendly dessert is also gluten and dairy free, which I love.
The recipe is super easy and only consists of 7 ingredients. Can’t complain there!
I also chose to decorate them with Simple Mills Organic Vanilla Icing and organic sprinkles. Adding the icing is a great way to add some moisture to your cupcake as well, but it tastes perfectly good without.
Actually, I left a couple of them un-iced and heated them up with almond butter. A yummy snack!
