
We’re going to be talking all about PMDD — premenstrual dysphoric disorder — with Natalie Ryan Hebert. She hosts an eight-week program called The Red Tent that combines Rapid Transformational Therapy and Metacognitive Coaching in one-on-one and group sessions.
