This summer has been a HOT one — and I’m not complaining! I absolutely love the heat, but, it is nice to have a nice cooling beverage to balance all that heat out. My turmeric smoothie recipe is the perfect choice!
Turmeric is such a powerful spice with and has host of health benefits:

Is a natural pain-reliever!
The only “bad” thing about turmeric is it can stain very easily … so be careful! If you follow me on instagram, you may have seen the story of me SPILLING this bright yellow spice all over my kitchen floor and carpet. OY. Be careful, friends 😉
