Energizing Protein Matcha Smoothie

I love me some matcha. I also love to make sure I get some good quality fats and protein in the morning WITH my matcha 😉 Everyone knows that I promote eating breakfast before caffeine to help stabilize your blood sugar and keep you energized and stable throughout the day …. this smoothie will do just that! 

You get the wonderful antioxidant and boosting benefits of matcha, while also getting in protein and stabilizing fats! What’s not to like??
