The Benefits of Getting Off Birth Control

Getting off the birth control pill is SO MUCH more than simply pregnancy prevention.

My clients come to me with a strong desire to feel connected to their bodies again and to take back control of their periods.

But here’s the thing…they get so much more than just their normal periods back again.
