Happy August + Full Moon!
I have been thinking a lot about our mental/emotional body when it comes to hormone healing recently.
While food, and addressing the physical imbalances within the body are important, we can’t underestimate the affects our emotions play on our hormones, too.
What better time to give yourself some love and compassion then on this beautiful August full moon?

So…. do you know my biggest piece of hormone healing advice? 👇🏼
✨Learn to show yourself SO much compassion.
✨Learn to forgive.
✨Learn to give yourself so much grace.
It’s easy to fall into these patterns of needing to be “perfect.”
Perfect with our food, perfect with our hormone healing protocols, perfect EVERYTHING.
Guess what?
Being perfect isn’t a reality for your body, your mind, or your hormones.
What if, instead, we challenged ourselves to slow down and offer our body more compassion?
How would that change the way you choose to show up for yourself on your hormone healing journey?
Try this exercise….
Take a moment to close your eyes and get cozy.
Place one hand on your heart, and one on your belly, and slowly tune into the flow of your natural breath.
Ask your body — what does she REALLY need?
Give yourself the space to listen without judgement.
You might be surprised that the answer has absolutely nothing to do with your list of hormone healthy foods or the supplements in your cabinet.
Maybe she needs a nap, to call up a friend, a vent session, to slow down, or maybe to let go and forgive…
Connecting to these emotions is a huge part or the work I do with my 1:1 hormone + fertility clients.
With Reiki sessions mixed in, of course 😉
