Women are waiting longer and longer to start families… and this should be OK!
But many of them feel this insane pressure to rush themselves because of their “biological clock.”

Here is the deal.
When you are balancing your hormones and supporting ovulation preventatively… you are actually preserving your fertility for the long game.
Sure, there are some additional precautions as we age, but nothing that should scare women into feeling like their age is a ticking time bomb when it comes to their fertility.
This is why I am such a HUGE advocate for teaching women how their body actually works and the side effects of shutting down this beautiful system while on birth control.
We have a misconception that shutting down ovulation (whether on the pill or the IUD), doesn’t matter.
But, the truth is, ovulation is one of your 5th vital signs of health.
And it DOES matter!
When your body is ovulating regularly, this means your hormones are reaching their optimal levels.
This is GOOD! Because it means your reproductive hormones are working in harmony with the rest of your body.
This means you feel better in all areas of your life.
Your energy levels feel good.
You feel motivated and positive.
You feel in flow with life, not like you’re constantly fighting against it.
Healthy ovulation also gives us a clue that your thyroid is working properly and that you most likely have sufficient estrogen and progesterone levels.
All important hormones for your body to function normally – periods and babies aside!
In this week’s episode of the podcast, I talk with Georgie Kovacs, of Fempower Health, about her fertility journey and her windy road winding to conceiving her son.

We chat about the many misconceptions of fertility and the journey she went through to help spread awareness of fertility challenges.
I can’t wait for you all to dive into this episode!
