Cervical Mucus Power Smoothie

Whether you’re using FAM for birth control or you’re trying to conceive…producing enough cervical mucus can be really important!

Cervical mucus is a sign that your body is producing sufficient amounts of estrogen and can also be a sign of optimal hormone balance.

If you’re trying to conceive, CM comes even more important!

CM creates an optimal environment within the cervix for sperm to stay alive and well nourished. It is also the perfect transportation system to help sperm reach the egg for fertilization.

We want to help support this amazing biomarker – whether you’re practicing fam for birth control or conception.

This smoothie can be a great support:

  • Mango is high in Vitamin C and A both crucial for CM production. It is also high in potassium.
  • Marshmallow Root is known to have mucosal properties and can help increase CM production
  • Flax Seed supports estrogen levels which triggers your cervix to produce CM
  • Collagen will add gut healing and protein to your smoothie
  • Sea Salt will help you retain minerals and support your adrenals
  • Lemon/Lime will had a kick of antioxidants and more vitamin C

Enjoy this smoothie in your follicular and ovulatory phase to support CM production
