Healing Hormones Podcast

A Vulnerable Conversation Around Eating Disorders + Fertility | with Meg Langston

HH 33 - Meg Langston_@ IG Wide Art.jpg

Meg Langston is such a joy to talk to. Meg is a nutritional therapy practitioner who works with women to help regulate hormones, get a handle on their period health, educate them on the gut-brain connection, and help them find the root cause of their digestive issues. She believes strongly in a holistic wellness approach and that our body’s symptoms are signals communicating that something is wrong. We get vulnerable in this episode, talking about my journey trying to conceive and Meg’s story with how she came from over-exercising and overanalyzing her body to now approaching food and nutrition from a place of love.

We Chat About:

  • Meg’s story and health journey

  • Healing an eating disorder

  • The way food can heal our bodies

  • Identifying issues in your cycle

  • The power of food information

  • Preparing your body for conception
