
Liz Garster is the former co-host of the former Find Your Shine podcast, which we hosted together before it became solely about women’s hormones. She’s multi-passionate and has an addiction to certifications—she’s a certified financial coach, certified health coach and intuitive eating coach, and nearly certified to teach yoga. All of this revolves around a desire to help people. We’ve both gone through a lot of transitions in our lives, from big moves to career and life shifts and more. We’re going to talk about how big transitions often bring about stress and can have a big effect on how our mind and body work together, how doing less is one of the best things you can do for your body, and why you need to start putting yourself first.
